Vicky

Vicky has worked within the rail industry for the best part of 20 years. It has given her the opportunity to become a trainer and a mental health first aid instructor where she can explore her passion for promoting positive mental health.

This comes from her own experience of poor mental health, where learning how taking the fear out of conversations let hope in.

Previously she has volunteered for the eating disorder charity Beat in both lived experience and digital volunteering. She aspires to share the joy recovery can bring.

Raising Awareness

Ellie’s prior experience running MacComms PR agency gives HelloHope a fantastic launch pad to run impactful awareness-raising and stigma-reducing campaigns. We aim to reach as many people as possible and those most at risk through talks.
